Apiam Animal Health is a leading vertically integrated veterinary service provider for the intensively managed animal industries including Dairy, Feedlot Cattle, Pig and Poultry. Our organisation focuses on the delivery of veterinary service based programs and solutions to assist our clients in their farming operations.  


Gippsland (Victoria) servicing existing and new dairy and beef clients extending from the West to East Gippsland districts.

Your new role

As a Key Account Manager you will be regionally based and will work closely with Apiam owned veterinary businesses to promote our product and service portfolio targeted to optimise production efficiencies for our production animal clients. You will be responsible for strengthening existing relationships and attracting new clients through in field proactive engagement of producers.

Whilst a good understanding of Australian dairy animal health and production is preferred, experience in a sales role along with the ability to build and maintain strong rapport and business relationships with our clients will be keys to your success.

Your skills and experience

To be successful, you will be enthusiastic, demonstrate an ability to listen and a willingness to learn. You will have demonstrated experience in;

  • Australian livestock and production systems
  • Development and nurturing of strong, long term relationships with key accounts
  • Presentation of programs, products and solutions to clients to achieve joint outcome targets
  • Responding to client requests in a timely & effective manner to ensure client satisfaction
  • Development and execution of specific sales action plans for the relevant program and product portfolios
  • Market analysis for insight and opportunity development
