About Us

Over the next 6-12 months we will expand rapidly, which will present a unique and once-in-a-career opportunity for GP vets to practice the way they have always dreamed of and expand into an area of interest if desired. Our facility is extremely large with even more room for internal and external expansion.

We have all the standard offerings most hospitals have – radiographs (dental and DR), full Idexx suite inclusive of blood gases, ionized calcium and two biochemistry machines – plus:

  • Large, open plan separate dental suite
  • MyLab 9 Ultrasound Machine and full complement of probes (2 x CVS, 2 x MSK, 2 x abdominal)
  • MRI (0.5 Tesla)
  • CT (functional for middle ear disease, specific joints, dental disease)
  • Fluoroscopy
  • Karl Storz Endoscopy full stack (pending upgrades)
  • Karl Storz cautery (Autocon II)
  • CO2 Laser cautery

In addition to all the above, we are world-class in canine rehabilitation (the biggest in the country), offering a broad range of advanced and integrative therapies including:

  • Hyperbaric therapy
  • Stem cell therapy
  • Platelet-rich plasma
  • Two underwater treadmills (one with variable gradient)
  • Therapeutic hydrotherapy pool
  • Laser therapy
  • Gait analysis matt
  • Therapeutic ultrasound
  • Shockwave therapy

The team you would be joining:

Our Clinical Lead Veterinarian has a special interest in internal medicine and ultrasonography and is passionate about mentorship and will happily assist in you achieving your career goals.

We have a resident Dermatologist, Rehabilitation membership holders and certified Rehabilitation Technicians who can provide you with support on your cases.

You will be supported by skilled Veterinary Nurses – one of our Veterinary Nurse’s won Apiams Outstanding Vet Nurse of the Year award!

Our personable and experienced reception team will work with you to schedule your flexible consultation lengths.

What we can offer you:

  • A generous salary package from $90,000 – $130,000 plus super depending on experience.
  • Flexible consultation lengths tailored to the individual Vet allowing you to fully educate clients on their options and to develop a trusting relationship.
  • Full-time or part-time roles and we will consider casual as well.
  • We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Shifts are available Monday – Friday between 830am and 630pm.
  • We take pride in ensuring all our Vets have an individualised development plan that is tailored to your career goals and training needs.
