As part of the Apiam Animal Health group of regional and rural veterinary clinics across Australia, Singleton Veterinary Hospital is a mixed animal practice that prides itself on having a great relationship with clients, customer satisfaction and going above and beyond in patient care.
We are on the hunt for our next superstar customer-focused experienced Receptionist to look after our clients so we can look after their pets!
The role:
- Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face.
- Welcoming clients and their pets to the clinic.
- Managing appointments for clinical staff.
- Liaising with vets and vet nurses to ensure efficient daily scheduling.
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Ensuring a neat and tidy presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
To be successful:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Reception experience in a vet clinic or animal care industry knowledge is advantageous.
- Must genuinely love helping clients and have a mature approach for tricky conversations!
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent team player and communicate well with clients, your colleagues and managers.
