The Role:

Enjoy 100% companion animal work with no on-call requirements balanced with the lifestyle that comes with living near the coast within easy reach of Geelong and Melbourne.

Working between our Torquay & Highton location this is a permanent part-time position with approximately 25-30 hours per week.

We are happy to discuss varied start and finish times if you have commitments before or after work. To ensure our whole team has a work-life balance we require coverage for the occasional Saturday (9am – 12.30pm).

Fur Life Vet Torquay is a purpose-built hospital and Fur Life Vet Highton is newly renovated allowing you access to all the up-to-date bells and whistles and things that beep!

We have a highly skilled teams including nurses and designated receptionists to support you on your day and for those curve ball cases we have an excellent relationship with emergency and specialist centres close by so that you can provide the best care for your patients.

Who we are looking for:

• Someone with a positive and friendly attitude who will complement our team.
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience however if you are a motivated and confident recent grad, we also welcome your interest.
• Great all-round general practice skills, however, if you have a surgical flare, we would love to hear from you!
