The triage nurse can provide expert advice for non-urgent issues or, in the case of a true emergency, will determine the necessary action and contact our on-call veterinarian. This ensures your pet gets the right level of care when they need it most, and our on-call vet will be fully briefed on the situation before you arrive.

Please note: If your pet is having trouble breathing, is unresponsive, bleeding, has possibly been bitten by a snake, or has been in an accident, please call our clinic number immediately to speak with the triage nurse for urgent assistance.
