Clinical Lead- Ormeau Vet

Veterinary Leadership Position

Gold Coast QLD | Opening May 2026

Ormeau Vet is a brand-new small animal clinic opening in May 2026 on the northern Gold Coast in Ormeau, and we are seeking a Clinical Lead Veterinarian to help shape the clinic from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at the very beginning of a new clinic. The practice has been completely refurbished with new equipment, a fresh modern environment, and a clear vision focused on high quality medicine, strong client relationships, and a positive, sustainable team culture.

About the clinic

Ormeau Vet has been purpose built to support excellent veterinary care. From opening, the clinic will operate with modern diagnostics, efficient workflows, and systems that allow time for proper case work ups, clinical discussion, and continuity of care.

A key part of the clinic model is our wellness programs that build long term relationships with clients. These programs support preventative care, improve compliance, and allow the clinical team to manage cases proactively rather than reactively. This approach leads to better patient outcomes, stronger client trust, and more professionally rewarding clinical work.

Located in Ormeau, the clinic services a rapidly growing community between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, offering an outstanding combination of lifestyle and career opportunity.
