What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience with solid GP skillset across medicine, surgery, and dentistry; commitment to high-standard care and achieving strong financial outcomes.
- Leadership & people skills- confidence mentoring, communicating, managing and fostering teamwork or the enthusiasm and drive to learn from our leadership support teams.
- Community mindset with a collaborative, can-do approach.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $160,000–$170,000 per annum (FTE) + Super,
- Profit sharing bonus incentives
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Generous CPD allowance + 1 week CE leave; leadership development support through leadership induction, training and peer group mentoring plus attendance at our fantastic Leadership Conference!
