Casual Veterinary Nurse – Eaglehawk Road Vet & Epsom Vet Clinic

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Veterinary Nurse to join our growing team on a casual basis. Enjoy working in a busy companion animal clinic alongside a supportive, dedicated and high‑performing team.

Opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.

This role is suited to a veterinary nurse who enjoys variety and is excited to be involved in all aspects of clinic life.

You will be involved in:

• Admitting and discharging patients.
• Monitoring anaesthetised patients.
• Preparing patients for surgery.
• TPR’s and tracking and charting vitals.
• Updating clients on their pet’s progress.
• Administering medication.
• Reception and administration duties as required.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is essential or near completion.
• Strong understanding of veterinary nursing procedures and general clinic experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, as required for the role.
• Mature and confident approach when communicating with clients.
• A strong organisation and time management skills.
• A strong passion and dedication to providing high quality care to all patients.
