  • After-hours with safeguards: One night per week and one weekend in four, supported by tele-triage that filters calls so you’re looped in only when needed.
  • Lifestyle without compromise: West Gippsland living with Melbourne and the coast about an hour away; get a feel for our vibe on Instagram @warragulvet.
  • Part of something bigger: As an Apiam Animal Health clinic, access industry-leading internal training, genuine progression, and large animal veterinarian mentorship from across the network.

Our Team Culture

  • We’ve got each other’s backs: We collaborate, share cases, and lend hands across consults, surgery, emergency, and farm work. Senior dairy vets provide practical know-how.
  • Learning is every day, not an event: Case discussions are encouraged, and CPD is supported with Apiam programs and study leave to pursue your goals.
  • Clear, respectful communication: Strong handovers and client comms keep busy days smooth; being a people-person matters here.
  • Wellbeing is built-in: Tele-triage helps after-hours sanity, plus EAP access, Mental Health First Aid Officers in every clinic, and paid volunteer leave.
  • Community-minded: We show up because being part of the community matters to us.
