Looking to deliver excellent care to both small and large animals – while still enjoying a life outside of work?
At Scenic Rim Veterinary Service Boonah, we offer a mixed animal role in a friendly, supportive clinic with no on-call or after-hours. Work with companion animals, livestock, and horses, while enjoying the outdoors, adventure, and small-town charm of the Scenic Rim.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Mixed animal variety: dogs, cats, horses, cattle, and farm animals
- Comprehensive large animal facilities: cattle yards, mare crush, portable equine crush
- A fully equipped companion animal clinic offering modern diagnostics and equipment
- Supportive team: direct access to Beaudesert veterinarians for second opinions and large animal specialist support
- Work-life balance: predictable hours, no on-call
About Us:
Boonah is a small, friendly country clinic with a true community feel. You get to know your clients, your patients, and your team, and you are trusted to do your job well. We have excellent facilities and a great client base.
Importantly, you are not on your own. Boonah operates as a branch clinic with the backing of the larger Scenic Rim Veterinary Services Beaudesert clinic. This gives you access to experienced colleagues, equine specialists and additional clinical support when you want it. You get the best of both worlds: independence with backup.
