Over the past 12 months, we have opened Ormeau Vet and are now preparing to launch two new sister clinics: Sanctuary Cove Vet and Hope Island Central Vet. Together, the three clinics will form a connected Gold Coast network focused on community care, clinical collaboration and an exceptional experience for clients and patients.
As the network continues to grow, we are looking for a Practice Manager to bring the operational side of the three clinics together. You will support the established Ormeau Vet team while helping Sanctuary Cove Vet and Hope Island Central Vet build strong systems, connected teams and a positive culture from the beginning.
This is a unique opportunity to work across three companion animal clinics, partnering closely with Clinical Leads, nurses, veterinarians and support teams to ensure each clinic runs smoothly, efficiently and continues to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and patients.

About the Role
This position will provide operational and administrative leadership across Ormeau Vet, Sanctuary Cove Vet and Hope Island Central Vet. Working closely with each clinic’s Clinical Lead and Apiam’s National Business Managers, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, connect the three teams and help establish consistent systems, processes and a strong local culture.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of all three clinics
- Rostering and workforce coordination
- Timesheet, payroll, leave and staff administration
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and induction
- Supporting team culture, engagement and communication
- Managing clinic administration systems, reporting and accurate data entry
- Monitoring clinic performance, activity and business metrics
- Supporting reception operations, client experience and complaint resolution
- Coordinating inventory, suppliers, equipment and site administration
- Implementing local marketing and community engagement activities
- Identifying process improvements and helping implement new initiatives
- Acting as a key link between clinic teams and support office functions
This role will help our clinical teams focus on outstanding patient care by keeping the operational and administrative side of the clinics organised and moving forward.
About You

- Veterinary nurse ready to transition into administration or management
- Veterinary clinic coordinator or practice manager
- Operations, administration or people management professional with an interest in animal health
- Customer service or business operations leader looking for a rewarding role in a growing industry
