Project Data Analyst – Apiam Animal Health
Apiam Animal Health is creating a unique nonclinical opportunity for a veterinarian who is curious about how data, systems and clinic operations work behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for an early career vet who enjoys working with data, asking questions and understanding how clinical activity, team resourcing and business performance connect. While this is not a clinical position, it remains closely connected to clinical practice and works directly with veterinarians and practice teams across our network.
The Project Data Analyst works across Apiam clinics and our corporate team, analysing performance data and supporting improvement projects that help clinics operate more effectively.
About the role
In this role you will:
- Analyse clinic performance data including utilisation, caseload, service mix and client metrics
- Develop and interpret reports and dashboards
- Translate data into clear and practical insights for clinical teams and leaders
- Support operational and improvement projects across clinics
- Work with clinics to validate data and support the implementation of new systems and processes
- Collaborate closely with senior management and executive leaders

This is a permanent full-time role offered on a 12-month fixed term basis, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact and gain valuable experience.
You’ll be based in our South Melbourne office, with regular travel to Apiam clinics and business units, allowing you to stay connected with teams and operations across the organisation.
The salary package is $85,000 per annum plus super
