Sanctuary Cove Vet

Veterinarians

Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast, Qld

Opening September 2026

Some clinics open their doors and hope to build a reputation over time.

Sanctuary Cove Vet is being created with that reputation in mind from day one.

Opening in September 2026, Sanctuary Cove Vet will bring a new standard of companion animal care to one of Australia’s most prestigious waterfront communities. This purpose-built practice is being thoughtfully designed to deliver an exceptional experience for pets, their owners and the veterinary professionals who care for them.

We are assembling our entire founding team and seeking veterinarians who are excited by the rare opportunity to help create something truly special from the very beginning.

This is more than joining a new clinic. It is an opportunity to help shape the identity, standards and culture of a practice that will become an integral part of the Sanctuary Cove community.

Sanctuary Cove Vet is being purpose-built from the ground up, combining contemporary design, advanced equipment and carefully considered workflows to create an environment where exceptional veterinary care can flourish.

From beautifully designed consulting spaces through to modern diagnostics, surgical facilities and integrated technology, every detail is being selected with both clinical excellence and team wellbeing in mind.

We will open with a team of veterinarians from the beginning, supported by a highly capable nursing and client care team, creating an environment where collaboration, thorough medicine and outstanding client service are part of the clinic’s DNA from the outset.

Most importantly, we’re creating a workplace where talented people can do their best work and genuinely enjoy doing it.

Few veterinary roles offer the combination of professional opportunity and lifestyle that Sanctuary Cove provides.

Known for its marina village, waterfront residences, championship golf courses, cafés and restaurants, Sanctuary Cove is one of Australia’s most desirable coastal destinations. The area offers a relaxed sophistication, attracting a community that values quality, connection and exceptional service.

With easy access to both Brisbane and the Gold Coast, you’ll enjoy an enviable lifestyle while building your career in a location many people choose as a holiday destination.

We are currently seeking:

Clinical Lead Veterinarian- Full Time Position (Salary $140-$160,000/annum plus Super dependent experience and skills)

Associate Veterinarians- Part Time or Full Time Positions (Salary $90,000-$140,000/annum plus Super dependent on experience and skills)

Whether joining as a Clinical Lead or Associate Veterinarian, you will be part of the founding team responsible for establishing the standards, culture and reputation of Sanctuary Cove Vet.

For the right leader, this is a rare opportunity to build a veterinary team from the ground up, mentor and develop clinicians, and influence the future direction of a premium new practice.

While Sanctuary Cove Vet will have its own identity, you will be supported by the resources, expertise and opportunities that come with being part of Apiam Animal Health.

Our teams are connected by a shared commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration and creating healthy workplaces where people thrive.

Before opening, you will participate in a structured induction program and be supported by experienced operational, leadership and clinical mentors to help set both you and the clinic up for long term success.
