Beaudesert, Queensland, Australia
Start Date: August 2026 – January 2027
Scenic Rim Veterinary Service is a progressive, purpose-built equine and mixed practice located in Beaudesert, the heart of Southeast Queensland’s thoroughbred and performance horse country. Our clinic offers a rare mix of high quality reproductive services, surgery, ambulatory care, genuine teamwork, and a lifestyle that feels balanced and grounded.
It is no surprise the Scenic Rim was named one of Lonely Planet’s Top 10 Regions to Visit. With two board certified surgeons working in house, you will be surrounded by authentic expertise and approachable mentors who are here every day and not travelling specialists.
This means real collaboration, real support, and real opportunities to learn from complex, referral level cases in a truly team focused environment.

As one of our seasonal Veterinarians, you will play a vital role in managing the reproductive health of large thoroughbred broodmare farms, working closely with our experienced team of vets, including 2 board certified surgeons, focusing on all aspects of stud medicine.
Our reputation for excellence is reflected in the loyalty of Queensland’s leading thoroughbred farms and the trust of local horse owners.
