About Us

You’ll be joining busy, well-equipped clinics with loyal clients, strong community connections and a down-to-earth team culture. Expect quality medicine, practical support and colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together.

  • Exposure to diverse caseloads across consults, workups, medicine and surgery.
  • Purpose-built facilities with multiple consult rooms, ultrasound, digital X-ray, surgery suites and in-house IDEXX labs.

The Role

  • Full-time, 38 hours per week with a weekly RDO.
  • 100% small animal role with a mix of consulting and surgery.
  • Shared after-hours/on-call roster supported by Vetriage service to minimise unnecessary calls

Who We’re Looking For

This role would suit an experienced small animal veterinarian who wants to do great work, be well supported and enjoy everything regional coastal living has to offer.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in small animal practice
  • Confident clinical skills and strong communication.
  • A positive, team-focused approach.
  • A willingness to keep learning and make the most of regional practice.

Salary & Benefits

  • $100,000–$140,000 salary package, based on experience and skills.
  • Additional earning potential of up to $10,000–$15,000 in annual after-hours bonuses.
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Eligible for Rural HECS Debt Reduction of up to $62,000.
  • Paid VSB registration plus $1,000 annual membership support.
