We are a large, supportive veterinary team with a wide body of experience and skills across small animal, mixed and dairy medicine, and a strong culture of learning, collaboration and mutual support. We are seeking a friendly, confident and experienced (min 3-5 years) small animal vet to assist with 12 months of maternity leave cover. This position would suit a veterinarian with a strong surgery or dental interest who is comfortable performing high-volume consults and procedures while maintaining an excellent standard of patient and client care.

This will ideally be a full-time role working across a 4-day week and 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday morning 8am-1pm sole charge), with flexibility available to negotiate fewer days or hours. You are also welcome to take part in the on-call roster (smallies only) if desired. Afterhours is supported by a dedicated teletriage service to minimise unnecessary calls and is well compensated.
