Opening on 30 November 2026, Hope Island Central Vet will provide high-quality companion animal care to one of the Gold Coast’s fastest growing communities. With construction progressing and plans well underway, we’re now assembling the founding veterinary team who will help shape the clinic’s future.

This is more than joining a new clinic.

Hope Island Central Vet is being purpose built from the ground up, combining contemporary design, advanced equipment and thoughtfully designed workflows to support exceptional veterinary care.

Designed to serve the growing Hope Island community, the clinic will focus on building lasting relationships with clients and their pets while creating an environment where veterinarians can practise high-quality medicine with the support of a collaborative team.

We will open with a close-knit group of veterinarians, nurses and client care professionals who are passionate about providing outstanding patient care and creating a workplace built on teamwork, trust and shared success.

Every aspect of the clinic is being designed with both client experience and team wellbeing in mind.

One of the most exciting features of Hope Island Central Vet will be its advanced imaging capability, including an onsite CT machine.

This technology will provide expanded diagnostic and treatment opportunities for patients while creating exciting professional development opportunities for our veterinary team.

Hope Island Central Vet will work closely alongside Sanctuary Cove Vet and Ormeau Vet, creating a collaborative local network where veterinarians can share knowledge, discuss cases and access additional support when needed.

Together, these clinics will provide an outstanding blend of community focused care, advanced diagnostics and clinical collaboration across the northern Gold Coast.

Clinical Lead Veterinarian

Full Time | $140,000 – $160,000 per annum plus super

For the right leader, this is a rare opportunity to build a team from the ground up, mentor colleagues and help shape the future direction of a growing community focused practice.

Associate Veterinarians

Full Time or Part Time | $90,000 – $140,000 FTE per annum plus super

We’re looking for veterinarians with a minimum of two years’ experience who are excited by high quality companion animal medicine, collaborative practice and the opportunity to help establish a clinic’s culture and reputation from day one.
