Our clinic is located in the heart of a fast-growing community in Caboolture, South-East Queensland. Our purpose-built facility features three consult rooms, a dedicated surgical theatre, a prep area with two stations, imaging and dental rooms, an in-house laboratory, and all the latest equipment—everything you need to deliver exceptional care.

About the Position:

We are looking for a part-time or full-time, experienced veterinary nurse to complement our team.

We want a passionate all-rounder to implement their high standards of patient care and have the capability to fulfill surgery, hospital, pathology, treatment, floating and reception shifts.

This is a hands-on nursing role for an experienced nurse; you will need to have the skill set and confidence to place IV catheters, set up fluids, monitor anesthetics to a high standard, perform nurse consults, do basic pathology and love all things nursing.

We also have the opportunity for the right candidate to move into a leadership role as head nurse in the future.

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician Degree is highly desirable, but we will accept applications from confident and experienced nurses as well.
  • 2+ years’ experience with well-rounded nursing skills.
  • Ability to mentor trainee nurses and comfortable with sole charge nursing.
  • Registered Veterinary Nurses are highly regarded.
