About us:

Horsham Veterinary Hospital is an ASAV-accredited hospital dedicated to providing a high standard of veterinary care. Our modern, well-equipped clinic is supported by a compassionate and collaborative team of vets, nurses, and reception staff who pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to both clients and their pets.

We have just added a new vet to the team and are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Veterinary Nurse to help support them on a part-time, permanent basis.

About the position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team with an immediate start available.

This is a flexible role, offering part-time hours (ideally 36 hours/week) to suit your lifestyle. The position will involve a mix of nursing duties and front-of-house responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both patient care and client interaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients

• Providing a high standard of patient care in hospital and surgical settings

• Assisting veterinarians with consultations and procedures

• Managing reception duties including client communication and bookings when required

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is an experienced all-rounder, passionate about animal care and helping to build a positive work environment. Our ideal candidate:

• Has qualifications and experience in veterinary nursing (Cert IV or equivalent)
  
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  
• Is proactive, team-oriented, and passionate about animal care
  
• Enjoys building relationships with clients and co-workers
