Veterinary Nurses- Sanctuary Cove Vet

Sanctuary Cove Vet | Gold Coast QLD | Opening 9 November 2026

Build Something Exceptional from Day One

Sanctuary Cove Vet is being created with that reputation in mind from day one.

Opening on 9 November 2026, Sanctuary Cove Vet will bring a new standard of companion animal care to one of Australia’s most prestigious waterfront communities.

With construction now underway and our support teams coming together, we’re building the nursing team that will help shape the culture, client experience and standards of care within this exciting new clinic.

This is more than joining a new clinic.

It’s an opportunity to be part of creating a boutique veterinary practice where exceptional patient care, outstanding client service and a positive workplace culture are at the heart of everything we do.

A Boutique Clinic Designed Around Excellence

Sanctuary Cove Vet is being purpose built from the ground up, combining contemporary design, advanced equipment and thoughtfully designed workflows to support high-quality veterinary care.

Rather than trying to be the biggest clinic on the Gold Coast, Sanctuary Cove Vet has been intentionally designed as a boutique practice where strong client relationships, continuity of care and thoughtful medicine are at the heart of everything we do.

We’ll open with a close-knit team of veterinarians, nurses and client care professionals who are committed to building something special from day one.

Opportunities Available

Veterinary Nurses

Full Time and Part Time Opportunities

We’re building a team with a mix of experience and welcome applications from both junior and experienced veterinary nurses.

Whether you’re looking for your first opportunity in practice or you’re an experienced nurse seeking a fresh challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are passionate about patient care and animal wellbeing
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Take pride in delivering outstanding client service
  • Are eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Are excited by the opportunity to help build a clinic from the ground up

Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We’re also seeking an experienced veterinary nurse interested in a nursing leadership position supporting both Sanctuary Cove Vet and Hope Island Central Vet.

This is a unique opportunity to help establish nursing standards, mentor team members and contribute to building the culture and clinical excellence of two brand new clinics from day one.

The Best of Both Worlds

While Sanctuary Cove Vet will operate as a boutique standalone clinic, it will work closely alongside Hope Island Central Vet and Ormeau Vet.

Together, these clinics will create a collaborative local network, offering opportunities for shared learning, mentoring and professional development.

Hope Island Central Vet will also feature advanced imaging capabilities, including CT, creating exciting opportunities for collaboration and patient care across the group.

Proudly Part of Apiam Animal Health

While Sanctuary Cove Vet will have its own identity, you’ll be supported by the resources, expertise and opportunities that come with being part of Apiam Animal Health.

Before opening, you’ll participate in a structured induction program and be supported by experienced operational, leadership and clinical teams to help set both you and the clinic up for long term success.

What We Offer

  • A rare opportunity to join a clinic before the doors open
  • A premium purpose-built facility in one of Australia’s most desirable communities
  • The opportunity to help shape culture and standards from day one
  • Structured induction and onboarding prior to opening
  • Continuing professional development support
  • Leadership development opportunities
