Casual Veterinary Receptionist

Epsom & Eaglehawk Road Vet Clinics are looking for a friendly and reliable veterinary receptionist to join the team on a casual basis, to help with our quickly growing workload. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a busy clinic through practical, day-to-day admin.

We care for pets and their people in and around Bendigo and have established long standing relationships within the community. We are proud of the culture we have built. Our veterinary team is collaborative, down to earth, professional and always willing to lend a hand or share a laugh. We value kindness, teamwork and doing right by our patients, clients and each other.

This is a general receptionist role, with a mix of client facing and administrative work, including:

· Answering phones and managing general enquiries

· Booking and scheduling appointments

· Welcoming clients and their pets to the clinic

· Processing invoices, billing and payments

· Maintaining accurate client and patient records

· Supporting the clinic team with general administration tasks

· Helping keep the reception area organised and running smoothly

We’re looking for someone ready to join the team for an immediate start, previous veterinary or medical reception experience will be looked upon favourably. Important qualities include someone who:

· Is friendly, calm and confident dealing with people

· Is happy juggling phones, bookings and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Has good attention to detail and basic computer skills

· Can be flexible in their availability, with some Saturday morning work required
