About the role

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable receptionist to join our team in a general front-of-house and administration role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client relationship, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a busy clinic through practical, day-to-day admin.

This role will start part-time (2–3 days per week) from early July, with the intention to move to full-time hours as our busy season approaches.

What you will be doing

This is a general receptionist role, with a mix of client facing and administrative work, including:

· Answering phones and managing general enquiries

· Booking and scheduling appointments

· Processing invoices, billing and payments

· Maintaining accurate client and patient records

· Supporting the clinic team with general administration tasks

· Helping keep the reception area organised and running smoothly

 

About you

Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not necessary. We’re looking for someone who:

· Is friendly, calm and confident dealing with people

· Is happy juggling phones, bookings and admin tasks

· Has good attention to detail and basic computer skills

· Enjoys being part of a team and supporting others

· Can adapt as the clinic becomes busier during peak season
