About the Position
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate appointments and assist with daily scheduling
- Work closely with vets and nurses to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Process payments and invoices accurately
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean and welcoming
- Promote products and services that support pet health and wellbeing
- Enjoy a dynamic role with the opportunity to work across both our Epsom and Eaglehawk sites, offering variety and a broader team experience
What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role (essential)
- Experience in a vet clinic or animal care setting is a bonus—but not essential
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to help their humans
- Strong communication skills and a calm, mature approach to challenging situations
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
- Confident using computers, EFTPOS, and basic banking systems
- Able to work independently and contribute positively to the team
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
