This role also includes the opportunity to work at Fur Life Vet Eaglehawk, where you’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of cases and collaborate with another passionate and experienced veterinary team.

About the Position

  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinate appointments and assist with daily scheduling
  • Work closely with vets and nurses to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Process payments and invoices accurately
  • Keep the reception and waiting area clean and welcoming
  • Promote products and services that support pet health and wellbeing
  • Enjoy a dynamic role with the opportunity to work across both our Epsom and Eaglehawk sites, offering variety and a broader team experience

What you will bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role (essential)
  • Experience in a vet clinic or animal care setting is a bonus—but not essential
  • A genuine love for animals and a desire to help their humans
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, mature approach to challenging situations
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
  • Confident using computers, EFTPOS, and basic banking systems
  • Able to work independently and contribute positively to the team
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
