The opportunity
This is a senior, hands-on clinical role where you will:
- Deliver high-quality GP medicine, dentistry and routine surgery.
- Champion clinical standards and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients and the broader community as we rebrand and relaunch the clinic’s presence.

Tarneit is one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing, family-friendly corridors with great transport, shopping and green space. Easy commute; direct V/Line services from Tarneit Station to Southern Cross; typical public-transport trips to the CBD are around 50 minutes. About you
- 5+ years’ small-animal GP experience (or mixed) with confidence in routine surgery and dentistry and happy with sole charge.
- A clear, positive communicator who enjoys knowing your team and clients.
- Motivated to lead by example and provide high quality client and patient care in order to grow the clinic into the future.
Salary & benefits
- Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience $150-$165K + Super.
